Our Process - Schedule Your Complementary Consultation Today!!!

Step 1: Complementary Consultation

  • Meeting @ HDG Showroom ‐ Customer needs to bring budget information

  • Appliance ideas

  • Plumbing ideas

  • Flooring ideas

  • Inspiration ideas from Houzz, Pinterest, magazines

  • Dimensioned floor plan (Do your best here but don't worry, we will take the dimensions we need as we move forward)

Step 2: In Home Project Assessment $250
  • We come to your home to take the dimensions we need

  • We'll discuss your desired scope of work

  • Review your existing space and the impact of the changes

  • This meeting typically last 1 – 1.5 hours

Step 3: Preliminary Design Presentation Retainer Meeting
  • This meeting is in our Showroom so we can further discuss selections

  • We will develop a Good, Better, Best Estimate with your input

  • This estimate will give you a qualified estimate for your project

  • Sign Retainer Agreement and get on our Schedule!

  • The Retainer fees is 10% of the project estimate

  • Give you a copy of all of your designs

Step 4: Project Development/Selection Meeting
  • Periodic design meetings with Todd & Robin to nail down the design and scope of work

  • Final design presentation with cabinet design, lighting, tile, appliances, and countertop selections

  • Detailed in-home visits by Todd and the crews to get accurate estimates of the work

Step 5: Final Selections/Contract Signing
  • Confirming all final selections

  • Going over final contract

  • Paying for special order materials & deposits as per the contract

Step 6: Implementation/Installation
  • Ordering of all material needed for your project

  • Setting up a project schedule

  • Begin the project

  • Keep you informed throughout the renovation process

  • Finish the project as planned

  • Enjoy your new space!!!
